1) The cardholder is aware and responsible for the payment made voluntarily in our POS in order to obtain a service with the company VIRCEN International.
2) VIRCEN International is not responsible for payments made in our POS through the Website www.vircen.net with third party cards, altered, cloned or stolen.
3) If you have made your payment and cancel the service "after" the first 24 hours, you will be refunded the money with a 10% charge of the amount paid plus $ 50 of the expenses incurred in the activation of telephone lines.
4) If you make your payment and later give up your service within the first 24 hours, your money will be returned only with a charge of 10% of the amount paid to cover administrative and banking expenses.
5) VIRCEN International reserves the right of admission even if it has made the payment in our POS through our Website, detected in our profile investigation (Due Dilligence) that your intentions to acquire our service are for criminal purposes or activities that violate the laws of the Republic of Panama.
6) For security reasons of our customers, the information on your card will be removed from our system and database. Each time you have to make a payment through the POS of our Website you must fill out the online payment form.
